Suzanne Reilley here from suzannereilley.com. I want to ask you a question. From all your clients, you know the ones who are doing the best, they’re the rockstars, they’re reaching their goals, they’re so happy – what do they all have in common? One thing they all have in common is that they show up. They show up for every appointment. They’re there on time. They never make excuses. If they have a raging headache, they’ll show up! If they’re exhausted, they’ll show up. If their kid’s sick they’ll show up. They find a way and they show up regularly.
It’s the same exact thing in business. You’ve got to show up. You’ve got to be there. You’ve got to be there every day. You’ve got to be marketing every day. You’ve got to put yourself out there every day, and you have to do it even if you don’t feel like it! And guess what? I don’t feel like making this video today! But it’s ok! It’s not that I hate my business, or that I don’t like making videos – I love all that stuff. It’s just that some days, you’re not going to feel like it. But that’s ok. Just go, and show up, and do it anyway, and be present. Do your best, and it will pass. That is one of the best ways to show yourself and to show the universe that you’re serious. You’re not going to let anything stop you. No matter what, you’re going to get your message out, you’re going to find the people that you need to help. You’re going to find the people who need your help. You’re going to succeed, right? So just like for me, I’ve now made this video. It’s no big deal. It’s over. It’s done. It took me two minutes. I’ll do some finishing touches and make up the script. Right? So what is that thing that you need to do today? …the person you’ve been meaning to call. …the thing you need to put out. …the person you’ve been meaning to talk to. Do it today. Get it done.
